I wanted to personally update you on a few changes happening behind the scenes!
New Scheduling Platform: Vagaro
My previous booking system, Schedulicity, has officially merged with Vagaro. You may have already started receiving messages from Vagaro — I know they can be a bit much, so thank you for your patience as I work through the transition!
Here’s what to expect:
- Policy Form: You’ll receive a message asking you to sign my current salon policies. These are not new, but because of the switch, Vagaro is automatically sending the form to all clients with upcoming appointments.
- Credit Card Requirement: When booking or modifying appointments online, the new system will ask for your credit card information again. This is for insurance purposes only and does not mean you’ll be charged automatically — any charges for no-shows or last-minute cancellations will still be handled manually and thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing Update
Due to continued increases in salon supply costs, I’ll be adjusting color service prices by $5–$10. I’ve already shared this with many of you over the past few months, so this may not come as a surprise. Haircut pricing will remain the same, as those were recently updated this past winter.
I truly appreciate your continued loyalty and support — especially those of you who have been with me for years. I do my best to keep my prices fair and competitive, and I’m grateful for your trust and understanding. Please send a text 24/7 if you have any questions.
